What is dry needling?
It is the application of a very thin solid filiform needle to address impairments. Treatment goals include:

What is Cupping?
A form of soft tissue mobilization that uses the suction of therapeutic cups to promote localized blood flow and decompress tissue restrictions. Often used for mobilizing dysfunctional scar tissue and adhesions.
